Along with that, direct the Provincial and City Police to require forces to strictly implement the direction of the Ministry of Public Security in plan No. 175/KH-BCA-C08 dated August 22, 2018; Focus on coordinating with schools and educational institutions to propagate and educate traffic safety laws for pupils and students; Strengthen response and traffic regulation on the opening day of the new school year September 5, 2018; inspect and handle violations of roadways, sidewalks and traffic safety corridors on roads near schools; Organize and distribute traffic on key routes during school arrival and dismissal hours; stop the vehicle, check and remind students and parents to comply with traffic safety regulations; Strictly handle traffic safety violations related to children, especially adults driving children on motorbikes, motorbikes, and electric bicycles without wearing helmets as prescribed.

At the same time, political and social organizations continue to coordinate in implementing programs to strengthen propaganda and education to raise awareness and awareness of obeying the law when participating in traffic; traffic culture and safe traffic skills for children, coordinate with the Education and Training sector to effectively implement the "Traffic Safe School Gate" Program.
