Continue to implement the direction of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 448/UBND-NC dated January 22, 2024 on strengthening the management of road safety corridors in conjunction with ensuring road traffic order and safety in the new situation; Plan No. 42/KH-SGTVT dated March 11, 2024 of the Department of Transport on Deploying the management of road traffic safety corridors on Provincial and National Highways (authorized) in the province managed by the Department of Transport in 2024; Official Dispatch No. 2017/SGTVT-QLHT dated September 5, 2024 of the Department of Transport on ensuring traffic order and safety to clear road corridors in the second phase of 2024.
Implement Coordination Plans No. 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62/KHPH between the Department of Transport and the People's Committees of districts and towns on the implementation of handling violations of regulations on management of road traffic safety corridors in 2024 on Provincial and National Highways (authorized) through districts and towns. Accordingly, from September 9, 2024, the Traffic Inspectorate will coordinate with departments, offices, and units to deploy the second phase of coordinated clearance of cases of encroachment on roadsides and sidewalks, violations of road protection corridors such as: cutting down trees, dismantling signs, billboards, billboards, tents, temporary structures, markets, etc. to clear the road traffic safety corridor, ensure visibility for vehicles participating in traffic, ensure safety for people and vehicles traveling on authorized national highways and provincial roads in Phu Yen province.

To strengthen the propaganda work, the Department Inspectorate continued to print and distribute 1,000 leaflets to households living on both sides of the road about the regulations on management and protection of road traffic safety corridors and directly coordinated with each household to sign a commitment not to re-violate the land of road traffic safety corridors. Through the work of clearing road traffic safety corridors, it has contributed to raising the understanding, awareness of self-compliance with the law and the responsibility of organizations and individuals in using, exploiting and protecting road safety corridors, contributing to reducing traffic accidents and traffic congestion. Thereby, maintaining legal discipline in protecting road traffic infrastructure, ensuring clear roads and sidewalks, visibility for drivers participating in traffic, contributing to the effective implementation of Directive No. 23/CT-TTg dated July 26, 2024 of the Prime Minister on strengthening the work of ensuring traffic order and safety for road transport business activities in the new situation./.
