1. Center for Vehicle Registration 78.01S
a) Position, functions and tasks
78.01S Transportation Vehicle Registration Center is a revenue-generating public service unit, self-sufficient in operating expenses; has legal status, has its own seal and account to operate.
Carrying out inspection work and issuing certificates of technical safety and environmental protection inspection for road and inland waterway motor vehicles, specialized motorbikes, and all types of loading and unloading equipment on vehicles. roads in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Transport and the Vietnam Register.
Organize acceptance of technical quality of road motor vehicles and inland waterway vehicles that have been renovated according to the provisions of law;
Collect road use fees according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance and instructions of the Vietnam Register;
Technical inspection of vehicles involved in traffic accidents or vehicles that need to be liquidated at the request of organizations and individuals.
b) Organizational structure:

2. Road Maintenance Management Board of Phu Yen province
a) Position, functions and tasks
Phu Yen Provincial Road Maintenance Management Board is a public service unit under the Department of Transport, self-funding for operations. The Management Board has legal status, its own seal, and its own account to operate.
Organize and implement the management and maintenance of entrusted national highways and provincial road systems assigned by the Department of Transport.
Organize and implement project management, contractor selection, consulting and supervision of construction investment projects, road repair, disaster recovery, and traffic safety assigned by the Department of Transport according to the Department of Transport in accordance with the provisions of law.
b) Organizational structure
Leadership of the Management Board: Director and 02 Deputy Directors;
Professional support department: General planning; Project management; Maintenance management.
3. Interprovincial bus station
a) Position, functions and tasks
The inter-provincial bus station is a revenue-generating public service unit directly under the Department of Transport, ensuring its own operating costs. The inter-provincial bus station has legal status, its own seal and account to operate.
Check compliance with regulations on passenger transport at interprovincial bus stations;
Coordinate with local authorities and relevant agencies in inspecting and handling violations at the Bus Station in accordance with the provisions of law;
Sign contracts with transport businesses to pick up and drop off passengers at the wharf according to the regulations of the route management agency. Organizing services for drivers, assistants, on-board staff and technical services;
Confirm the vehicle transport order; Ensure order and safety.
